It's fair to say i've had my fair share of bad luck when it comes to buying used cars. Thankfully for me, S.M.T Automotive Ltd have been a breath of fresh air - I'm so glad I found them! Ricky and the team literally couldn't have done any more to help if they tried, and were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Not only did they supply me with literally THE perfect red Beetle, they even contributed half towards my delivery fee. I'd like to say a huge heartfelt thank you for restoring my faith in car dealerships...and the card they left in the car for me was a really lovely touch. It's safe to say i'll be a customer for life.

The guys are always absolutely brilliant to deal with, and the whole sales process including negotiation was excellent. I wanted to take the time out to write this review because it's great reviews that attracted us in the first place, and the gents at S.M.T are truly deserving of it...everything was absolutely perfect - I couldn't be happier ☺️ From the moment we stepped foot into the dealership we were met with a warm welcome. My husband appreciated the coffee and chocolate, and our dog definitely appreciated the dog treats haha! We had a minor issue with the EML but Ricky booked us straight back in and got it rectified immediately. The service we've received has been excellent all round - they even put in an after-sales call to check we were happy a month after we collected the Golf. We really couldn't be happier and will be buying all of our future cars here without question. Big thanks from two very satisfied customers and their furry friend

Whilst it's my 3rd Fiat 500 (I just love them), it's my 1st from S.M.T Automotive. My husband & I had been looking online for a while before we spotted this one with perfect spec advertised by the guys on AutoTrader. Before picking up the phone we did a bit of research into the dealership who seemed to be reputable, and we certainly weren't disappointed! Sanjay and the team were super accommodating throughout the viewing, arranged us a test drive and let us think without adding pressure. Everything as transparent throughout, and they even arranged our collection over the Easter bank holiday, coming in especially. Oh and they also added a 12 month MOT which was an unexpected cherry on top. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sanjay and the staff at S.M.T - You'll be seeing us again when it's time for a change. Thanks again, Gillian
